Directions: Use a couple times a week and always Condition hair afterwards. Always apply on damp hair, spray hair lightly with water first or use after washing. When using after washing use conditioner or moisturizing serum and dry hair tell slightly damp and comb first. If your hair is naturally dry, use salt spray only infrequently. When using on curly hair you will not need as much spray
