Ingredients: Honeybush, Hawthorne Leaf & Flower, Dandelion Leaf, Hawthorne Berry, Linden Leaf & Flowers, Motherwort, Cleavers, Prickly Ash Bark, Hibiscus Flower, Rose Petal, Yarrow and Black Haw. 

How to use: Add 1 teaspoon of Valentine Tea to one cup of boiling water. Steep for 15-20 minutes, mix and enjoy.
