Traditionally this blend of herbs is used as a soothing and antiseptic formula that supports tissue healing.

Ingredients: Calendula Petal, Comfrey Leaf, Thyme Leaf, Yarrow Flowers, Comfrey Root, Lavender Flower, Plantain Leaf. 

How to use:
Bring 2 liters of water to a boil. Turn off heat, and place 30g or a handful of Perineal wash herbs into a pot. Steep, covered, for 30 minutes.
Strain the liquid well through a strainer and discard of any herb material. Add all of the of liquid to the tub, along with the 1/2 to 1 cup of (Epsom or Himalayan).  Soak in the bath for 20 minutes.
Or add liquid to a spray bottle for topical spray application and leave the liquid mixture in the fridge for two to three days.
