Ingredients: Fenugreek Seed, Blessed Thistle, Blue Vervain, Fennel Seeds, Marshmallow Root, Nettle Leaf, Raspberry Leaf, Goat's Rue. 

How to use: Add 1 teaspoon of Momma's Blend Tea to one cup of boiling water. Steep for 15-20 minutes, mix and enjoy.
