Each oil was chosen for its variety of healing benefits. Kit contains 5ml bottles of: Eucalyptus, Lavender, Lemon, Rosemary, Tea Tree & Ylang Ylang
Mix 3-4 drops of an essential oil with 1 teaspoon of your favourite Gaia Garden carrier oil. Apply to stressed area, and repeat as felt necessary.
Eucalyptus (Eucalyptus globulus). May aid with cold & flu symptoms, sore muscles, achy joints and headaches.
Contraindications: Do not use while pregnant or breastfeeding, if hypertensive or epileptic.
Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia). May aid with sleep, pain relief, inflammation, bee stings and burns.
Contraindications: Should not be used in 1st. trimester of pregnancy
Lemon (Citrus limonum). May aid in lifting the mood yet calming the nerves, cleaning the air & disinfecting surfaces.
Contraindications: May cause skin to become photo sensitive.
Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis). May aid with circulation, bruising, headaches & migraines, sprains and strains.
Contraindications: Do not use while pregnant or breastfeeding, if hypertensive or epileptic.
Tea Tree (Melaleuca alternifolia). May aid with acne, athlete’s foot, nailbed fungus, oily skin and insect bites.
Contraindications: Excessive use may cause sweating.
Ylang Ylang (Cananga odorata). May aid with sleep, mature skin, mood swings, lower blood pressure and increase libido.
Contraindications: May irritate skin if applied undiluted.
