Ingredients: Licorice Root, Marshmallow Root, Chamomile Flower, Turkey Rhubarb Root, Barberry Root, Cascara Bark, Ginger Root. 

How to use: Add 1 teaspoon of Easy Mover Tea to one cup of boiling water. Steep for 15-20 minutes, mix and enjoy.
