A blend of Ayurvedic herbs used for overall health and wellbeing and balancing the doshas of the body. Traditionally these herbs have been used to improve peristalsis in the colon and to cleanse toxic build up of waste.
Ingredients: Amalaki (Emblica officinalis), Bibhitaki (Terminalia belerica) and Haritaki (Terminalia chebula).
How to use: To make an infusion mix 1/2 teaspoon of powder per cup of hot water, steep all day. Drink before bed.
