 Ingredients: Essential oils from Eucalyptus, Peppermint, Lavender, Birch, Frankincense, Ginger, Black Pepper, Marjoram & Vetiver in a base of Jojoba.

How to use: Apply roll on to sore muscles wherever needed.  Gently massage in with your hands and fingers.
