Flashes – Medicinal Tea

Traditionally used in Herbal Medicine for menopause symptoms, including to help balance the hormones, reduce hot flashes, fatigue, anxiety and nourish reproductive organs.

Ingredients: Sage Leaf, Black Cohosh Root, Red Raspberry Leaf, Blue Vervain, Vitex Berries. 

How to use: Add 1 teaspoon of Flashes Tea to one cup of boiling water. Steep for 15-20 minutes, mix and enjoy.
