Renew and refresh with this soothing yet uplifting tea. A great pick me up and nourishing for the whole family.

Ingredients: Alfalfa, Lemon Balm, Nettle, Red Raspberry, Rosehips, Skullcap, Spearmint.

How to use: Add 1 teaspoon of Chi Renew & Refresh Tea to one cup of boiling water. Steep for 15-20 minutes, mix and enjoy.
