BFC Salve

An old formula traditionally used as a fomentation or infused oil applied to support the body’s joints, tissues and connective tissures. For over 25 years, this tea has been one of our most popular to help repair bone, flesh and cartilage (BFC).

This old-time formula was originally made by an America herbalist who studied naturopathy in Canada, in the early 20^th century, named Dr. John Christopher. Traditionally it is applied topically and found to support the healing of inflammatory skin conditions like psoriasis, eczema, boils and burns. Also used to relieve inflammation and facilitate the healing of bruises, sprains, broken bones, fractures and the degeneration of cartilage in arthritic conditions.

Ingredients: Olive Oil, Comfrey Root, Black Walnut Hull, Marshmallow Root, Wormwood, Gravel Root, Skullcap, White Oak Bark, Mullein Leaf, Ginger Root and Beeswax.

How to use: Apply over psoriasis, eczema, boils minor burns, bruises, sprains, broken bones, fractures, and arthritic areas of the body.

Cautions and contraindications:

Use cautiously when using on broken skin that may have an infection, this formula has been known to heal from the most superficial layers of skin to the deepest layers of skin. Please check with a certified health practitioner before use if pregnant or breastfeeding.
