An old formula traditionally used as a fomentation or infused oil applied to support the body’s joints, tissues and connective tissures. For over 25 years, this tea has been one of our most popular to help repair bone, flesh and cartilage (BFC).
This old-time formula was originally made by an America herbalist who studied naturopathy in Canada, in the early 20th century, named Dr. John Christopher. Traditionally it is applied topically and found to support the healing of inflammatory skin conditions like psoriasis, eczema, boils and burns. Also used to relieve inflammation and facilitate the healing of bruises, sprains, broken bones, fractures and the degeneration of cartilage in arthritic conditions.
Ingredients: White Oak Bark, Comfrey Root, Gravel Root, Ginger Root , Black Walnut Hulls, Marshmallow, Wormwood, Skullcap, Mullein, Olive Oil.
How to use: Massage into the affected area, as needed. Use cautiously when applying to an infected area because this formula has been known to heal the most superficial layers of the skin to the deepest layers of the skin and may seal in the infection.

This stuff is amazing. I’ve used it for healing a ripped tendon I tore in soccer, and have had friends use it successfully to help arthritis. I also used to to help my leg heal after breaking it as a kid. Highly recommend!! There’s a reason comfrey was known as “Bone -Knit” in the Middle Ages!
