Rejuvenating tonic for both the male and female reproductive systems. Perfect to drink on it’s own or before bed to help with sleep, or can be added to a smoothie, oatmeal, chia pudding, etc anytime.
Get creative and have fun! It can be taken anytime of the day and is recommended to drink 1 -2 cups per day.

Supplies:
- Sieve
- Glass measuring cup
- Medium saucepan with lid
- Can opener
Ingredients:
Makes approximately 2 cups ( 2 servings)
- 1 can (400ml) organic coconut milk
- ½ cup of filtered water
- 2 teaspoons of shatavari (root) powder,
- ¼ teaspoon of cardamom pods, mortar & pestle (preferred)
- 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder if desired
- ½ teaspoon of fresh ginger root
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 1 ½ tablespoon of unpasteurized honey
- Pinch of ground black pepper
Directions:
- Crush cardamom pods with mortar & pestle (optional)
- Chop fresh ginger
- Heat coconut milk in a saucepan on medium heat, bring to a gentle boil
- Add shatavari powder, cardamom pods, turmeric, cinnamon sticks, freshly chopped ginger
- Add water to coconut milk
- Stir all ingredients together, turn heat down to low heat minimum (2) and cover with lid
- Let mixture simmer (decoct) for 20 minutes
- Pour all ingredients through sieve into a glass measuring cup
- Let mixture cool slightly, add honey, pour into a glass with a pinch of ground black pepper
