Ingredients: Lemon Balm Leaf, Linden Leaf & Flower, Chamomile Flower,  Lavender Flower, Passionflower, and Skullcap.

How to use: Add 1 teaspoon of Inner Peace Tea to one cup of boiling water. Steep for 15-20 minutes, mix and enjoy.
