Ingredients:  Elderflower, Catnip, Peppermint Leaf, Chamomile Flower, Yarrow Flower. 

How to use: Add 1 teaspoon of Inner Heat Tea to one cup of boiling water. Steep for 15-20 minutes, mix and enjoy.
