Traditionally used in Herbal medicine as a carminative and to treat mild complaints or discomfort of the gastrointestinal tract such as bloating and nausea.

Ingredients: Peppermint, Aniseed, Fennel, Cinnamon, Lavender, Meadowsweet, Marshmallow.

How to use: Add 1 teaspoon of Carminative Tea to one cup of boiling water. Steep for 15-20 minutes, mix and enjoy.
