Wildfire smoke increases particle pollution in the air and can travel long distances. Even after visible smoke is gone, these fine particles, know as PM2, can remain in the air and can irritate the lungs and sinuses.
This tea is for support of the respiratory system before, during and after wildfire season. It is cooling and moistening to the lungs, it reduces inflammation, clears congestion and Red Clover will help clear toxins from the blood while Hibiscus is high in cell repairing antioxidants.
All organic ingredients: Plantain leaf, Mullein leaf, Thyme, Red Clover herb, Elecampane, Horehound, Hibiscus, Wild Cherry bark, Anise
How to use: Add 1 teaspoon of Wild Fire blend to 1 cup of boiled water. Steep for 15 minutes and drink.
