Ingredients: Strawberry leaf, Nettle leaf, Rosehips, Ginger root, Oat straw, Alfalfa and Spearmint.

How to use: Add 1 teaspoon of Maternal Nourishment Tea to one cup of boiling water. Steep for 15-20 minutes, mix and enjoy.
