Starwort Smoking Tea Blend

A traditional nicotine-free tea blend used to assist the body to reduce or quit smoking.

Ingredients: Damiana Leaf (Turnera diffusa), Mullien Leaf (Verbascum thapsus), Holy Basil (Tulsi) (Ocimum tenuiflorum), Lavender flower (Lavandula angustifolia), Spearmint Leaf (Mentha spicata).

How to use: Make a tea decoction by simmering 1 teaspoon of Starwort “Stop” Smoking Tea per cup of water, steep for 15 to 20 minutes.
